By now we have a new range of Twca which are a rub/seasoning. The base ingredient to all three are the Camelina Seeds. The first Twca No 1 or The Hot Tub is a wonderful combination of high omega-3 Camelina Seeds, Anglesey Sea Salt, pine nut, chopped garlic, coarse black pepper, crushed red chilli and dried mint. Dunk some bread in oil and then dip into a bowl of Twca and enjoy.
Then we have Twca No. 2 or the Sweet'n'Saffron. This is Camelina Seeds, Demerara sugar, Anglesey Sea Salt, coarse black pepper, black onion seeds, chilli powder, cumin, mustard and saffron, making a blend of very unique taste. Try some with salad drenched in oil and sprinkled with Twca No.2.
Twca No.3 or The Herbivore, represents the best that is on offer by Mother Nature. Bursting with freshly dried herbs and goodness of pure Camelina Seeds, Anglesey Sea Salt, it is ready to dip, rub or season.

As always I would like to leave you with a recipe, this time using Calon Lan No.3 Hemp Oil.
Hemp Pesto Sauce
6 tbsp Calon Lan Oil No 3
50g Calon Lan hemp seeds
2 large cups of basil leaves
1 chopped garlic clove
50g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender and whiz for 30 seconds. Slowly pour in Calon Lan No.3 while blending until it binds with the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss to mix, or use it to smother brushetta.
