Established in 2006, Calon Lân was inspired by Geraint Hughes and Dafydd Gruffydd. With one in his twenties and the other in his thirties (you figure it out!) they set out enthusiastically to launch a range of healthy cooking oils at the start of 2007.
Geraint’s interest in growing food (he knows a thing or two about cultivating crops…) and Dafydd’s shameless willingness to experiment in the kitchen (he likes to think he’s a Welsh version of Jamie Oliver!) was the perfect combination to establish a company proud in no ordinary food.
Calon Lân’s vision it to grow and process their food locally. Keep your eyes open for a crop of Camelina or Hemp near you!
